What this website collects

This site has two forms: a tire quote request and a service request. They collect only what is needed to answer you — your name and phone number, optionally an email address, your vehicle, what you need, and anything you choose to write in the notes. The tire quote form can also accept a photograph of a tire if you attach one.

The site also counts how it is used, through Google Analytics — described below. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up and no payment taken through the site.

How we use it

We use what you send to answer your inquiry and to carry out the work if you go ahead. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to count how it is used, so that we can tell which parts of it are actually helping people reach the shop. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and tells Google that a visit happened, along with ordinary technical information such as the pages viewed, the general region the visit came from, and the kind of device and browser used.

On top of page views, the site records the type of action taken: tapping the phone number, tapping the text link, opening directions, starting a tire quote or a service request, opening the financing page, clicking a coupon or a link to our Facebook page, and completing one of the two request forms.

What you type is never sent to Google. No name, phone number, email address, vehicle description, note, preferred day or attached photograph from either form is passed to analytics — only that a request of that kind was completed. The same goes for anything in the address bar: only the page address itself is recorded, never anything added to the end of it.

We do not run an advertising pixel, a remarketing tag or a tag manager, and we do not use analytics to build a profile of you or to target advertising at you. If that changes, this page will be updated to say exactly what is in use before it goes live.

You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely, on every site that uses it, with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Most browsers can also block it, and nothing on this site stops working if you do — the phone links, the directions, the forms and every page behave exactly the same.

Fonts and hosting

The typefaces used on this site are served from this website itself rather than from a third-party font service. Apart from Google Analytics, described above, no third-party script, font or pixel loads on these pages.

Like any website, the server that hosts these pages keeps ordinary technical logs of requests made to it.

Links to other services

Some links lead off this site — a mapping service for directions, Facebook, and financing providers. Once you follow one of those links you are on their service and their privacy policy applies, not ours.

Phone calls and text messages

Calling or texting the number on this site is an ordinary phone call or message; it is not collected by the website. We use what you tell us to help with what you called about.

Keeping information

Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for the work and for our own records, and no longer than we have a reason to keep them.

Asking us about your information

If you want to know what we hold about you, or want it removed, call the shop and ask. It is a small business and a short conversation.
