What we do on a roadside call

Tire work, wherever the vehicle is sitting.

  • Mobile tire service, wherever the vehicle is
  • Flat tire repair and tire replacement
  • Cars, pickups and SUVs
  • Commercial trucks, semis and 18-wheelers
  • Trailers and boat trailers
  • RVs and motorhomes
  • Farm and heavy equipment
  • Battery jump starts

What we do not do

  • No towing
  • No fuel delivery
  • No vehicle lockout service

If that is what you need, a tow operator is the right call — and knowing now saves you waiting on the wrong truck.

Where we go

Roadside calls regularly take us to Wills Point, Edgewood, Canton, Terrell and the surrounding communities, out onto I-20 and the nearby highway corridors. We have also run considerably farther when the job made sense.

There is no fixed cut-off. Longer calls are judged one at a time on where you are, whether we have your tire, and what the job needs. The service area does not shrink after shop hours. If you are not sure, call and ask.

What to have ready when you call

None of it is essential — but it gets the right tire on the truck the first time.

  1. Where you are

A highway and mile marker, an exit number, a cross street or a dropped pin — whatever you can see from where you are sitting.

  2. The vehicle

Year, make and model. For a commercial truck or trailer, the axle position that is down helps too.

  3. The tire size

It is printed on the sidewall, something like 225/65R17 or 11R22.5. Plenty of vehicles run a size different from the factory one, so the sidewall beats the door sticker.

  4. What happened

Slow leak, blowout, road debris, sidewall damage — it tells us whether to bring a repair or a replacement.

Photographs help more than descriptions. You can text them to the same number — 903-873-5555.

Or bring it to the shop

Plenty of roadside calls end with the vehicle coming in anyway, and a shop with the tire already on the shelf beats a mobile-only operator that has to order one. If the vehicle is drivable, the shop is on Hwy 64 in Wills Point, directly across from Van Zandt County Regional Airport, with room to bring a tractor-trailer in from either direction.

Most people call — it is usually the fastest way to get a real answer. If it is easier to type it out, send the details and we will get back to you.

Request a tire quote

Have your tire size ready if you can — it is on the sidewall, and plenty of people run a size different from what the vehicle came with.
